Access:
To get to the conference centre either take the 14 bus for 7 stops, getting off at Compans-Caffarelli or take the subway (metro A one stop towards Basso Cambo and then switch to the metro B for 2 stops towards Borderouge, getting off at Compans-Caffarelli). If arriving after 21:00 use the subway.
The centre of Toulouse is within a 15 minute walk from the station, with most hotels in that portion of the city. Jean Jaures and Capitole are one and two stops respectively along the Metro A towards Basso Cambo. Jeanne d’Arc can be accessed on any of the 14, 15 or 23 bus routes.
Cost for a single ticket on any of these lines: 1.80 Euros.
Toulouse has a decent transport system and so using the buses and trams over taking a taxi is highly recommended. You have three feasible options when you land at Blagnac to get into the centre of Toulouse.
The Airport Shuttle Bus:
Time: Leaves every half an hour between 5:40am and 00:10am. Takes 20 minutes to get to the conference centre.

Cost (at time of writing): 9 Euros each way
Directions: Shuttle leaves from outside main terminal. Tickets can be bought next to the tram stop (ensure you buy the shuttle ticket and not a standard one). The shuttle bus stop is to the right of the tram stop as you exit the terminal.
Destination: The shuttle stops at Compans Caffarelli which is the site of the conference centre. It then goes on to stop close to hotels at Jeanne d’Arc and Jean Jaures.
Mobility: The buses are adapted for access for people with reduced mobility.
The Tram Line T2: CLOSED for renovation for three years
Taxi:
Time: Usually available 24 hours. The drive to the conference centre takes 15-20 minutes.
Cost: Around 30-35 euros. They are readily available, but it may be cheaper to get an Uber.
Directions: Taxis line up on the road outside of the terminal, directly to the right as you leave the building.
Destination: If going direction to the conference centre, as them to take you to Compans-Caffarelli.
