Business networking is one of the important aspects of ESWW. Therefore, the LOC took care that there are several business networking opportunities for the participants.
Open Working Space
In the entrance hall of the venue, Bar Armagnac and the Saint Exupéry Foyer with chairs, electricity and desks will be setup as an open working & meet area.
The European Space Weather Week is also the place to organize private Business Meetings. ESWW LOC can provide reserve meeting rooms in the conference venue Centre Baudis (Monday-Friday). LOC can provide a meeting room (where ESWW special rates are organized), projection material, lunch or coffee if needed.
The organizers invite participants to their business meeting and are asked to expenses associated with lunch/coffee. These Business Meetings will not appear in the published program unless requested. Preferably, business meetings do not overlap with the sessions. Rooms are allocated upon availability.
For more information and to reserve a meeting room please email the LOC.
Restaurant & cafes
There are restaurants and cafés outside the Centre Baudis including in the Mercure Hotel which can be accessed directly from the conference venue. We will post additional information on restaurants and cafés around the venue at a later stage.
