The school is limited to 40 participants. Lunches and coffee breaks are included in the registration fee for all successful applicants to the E-SWAN Space Weather School. In addition, in this first round of application, 20 students and young scientists intending to participate at the E-SWAN school AND the ESWW2023 will be offered free accommodation during both events.
This financial support is made possible by the precious support that we received from the French Space Agency CNES, the University of Toulouse, the European Space Agency, the European Space Weather and Space Climate Association (E-SWAN), and the SCOSTEP PRESTO (PREdictability of variable Solar-Terrestrial cOupling) initiative.
Those wishing to participate should complete the following application form. The call is open from 26th of May to 29th of June. Applications will be reviewed by the E-SWAN School selection committee until mid July. Applicants should not register yet for the E-SWAN school nor the ESWW2023 until they have received notification of acceptance from the committee via email.
The application file must contain in a single pdf the following forms:
- the completed Identification Form provided at this link: Identification Form
- a CV
- a proof of registration at the university with the degree currently taken
- a letter of motivation
- a letter of recommendation (although not required, it is strongly recommended)
